it's summer, look up local music festivals, go, sit round a campfire under the stars singing with travelling folk, break the circle, join the spiral, there is always else, whatever choices you face, there is always else, doing anything else apart from what you normally do, random acts of kindness, give, we are meant to love others not ourself, find someone who needs help and help them, in the absence of a revolutionary strategy support someone else who is doing something good, look up local community centre's, find your favourite bands website and book a ticket for their next gig - life is a glorious gift not to be missed
